I grew up in the remote state of North Dakota. Now living in Katy TX, this suburb of Houston has a higher population than all of North Dakota. Pre kids, mountain climbing was my hobby with Aconcagua being the highest I've summited at 22,838 ft. This makes complete sense being from North Dakota. With the extra time over COVID I learned the intricacies of Bar-B-Que. This went on far too long and I am still on a recovery diet plan.
